CDG Governance programs is bottom up approach on the issues of Peace-building and state building. This process involves changes in attitudes and behaviors, and institutional norms. It provides space to the community where they can talk and discuss their issues/needs and will get first-hand information from the decision makers. To facilitate this process, CDG draws on its network of primarily volunteer practitioners, experts, and current and former government representatives and staff from almost as many international NGO’s as those in which we work.
