Intraparty Dialogue
Enhancing Internal Democracy and Accountability At the Centre for Dialogue and Governance (CDG), we recognize that robust intraparty dialogue is fundamental to a thriving democratic system. Our Intraparty Dialogue program provides a structured platform for party members to engage in open discussions on internal policies, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration toward shared objectives. By promoting transparency, accountability, and cohesion within political parties, this initiative strengthens both intraparty and multiparty democracy, contributing to a more stable and resilient political landscape in Somalia.
Youth Dialogue
Empowering Somalia’s Future Leaders. The Centre for Dialogue and Governance (CDG) is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders through meaningful engagement in universities and schools and higher learning institutions. Our Youth Dialogue program fosters a culture of open discussion, critical thinking, and active citizenship among young people. Through debates, forums, and interactive workshops, students gain the knowledge and skills needed to participate in democratic processes, empowering them to become informed, engaged, and visionary leaders shaping Somalia’s future.
Community Dialogue
Amplifying Grassroots Voices. The Centre for Dialogue and Governance (CDG) is committed to fostering inclusive conversations at the grassroots level through our Community Dialogue program. By engaging local communities, traditional leaders, civil society, and regional stakeholders, we create open and respectful platforms where citizens can voice their concerns, share perspectives, and collaborate on solutions that reflect their needs and aspirations. This initiative strengthens social cohesion, enhances civic engagement, and empowers communities to actively shape Somalia’s democratic and developmental journey.
